Two moped riders attacked the casualties more than an hour and a half in Islington, Stoke Newington, and Hackney on Thursday.

“I could see a man in pure misery, he was shouting in torment.
“There were just two cops with the casualty, they took out two expansive water canisters and poured it over him.”
He said he trusted the casualty was a conveyance driver and around 20 kindred conveyance drivers turned up at the scene.
